What to expect

Sauna sessions are 50 minutes plus 10 minutes at the end to dry off, change and re-emerge relaxed and refreshed.

What to bring

Session Flow

You’ll move between hot sauna sessions and cold plunges; most people do 2-3 cycles. Some stay quiet, some chat. Rest between rounds, hydrate, and take it at your own pace.

Arrival & Check-in

Arrive 10 minutes early so you can check in, get changed, and settle in stress free.
